Something extraordinary day ...
For some years now, I learned to ask me a particular question to stimulate my actions.
The question is: What did I SPECIAL THIS WEEK?
I stop for about thirty minutes, take a pen and paper and began to make a list of all the things I've done in weeks.
Without the list, I try to find the one thing I find EXTRAORDINARY than the average and the highlight.
beginning the game will be tough, because no one has ever prepared and driven to do EXTRAORDINARY THINGS , but normally only carry out our work ...
precisely this "normalcy" is the major cause of dissatisfaction in people at the end of the day we feel flat, without energy and without particular enthusiasm for what we have done.
Starting today, try to play at least one task, something EXTRAORDINARY .
can be extraordinary in your work ...
can be extraordinary in family life ...
can be extraordinary in sport or doing a hobby ...
What is important is that both EXTRA! If you take
the habit of doing extraordinary things not only made you feel more / or, but paradoxically become a healthy habit , which will take you straight or to the Success.
Jump in, what you have to lose ... begins to ACT NOW.
Take a small step forward: do it now.
Remember a little action every day, you getting closer to a big goal.
